1. Acceptance
By using trendvid.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
TrendVid displays lists of popular public YouTube videos by region and category and plays them through YouTube’s embedded player. The service is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or bypass security controls of the site or its API.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Automated access to our API is only permitted with our written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All videos, thumbnails, titles, channel names and logos shown on TrendVid are the property of their respective owners and are displayed through YouTube’s own embed mechanism. TrendVid claims no ownership of that content and grants you no licence to it. The TrendVid name, layout and original text are ours.
5. Third-party links and advertising
The site contains advertising and, on occasion, clearly-labelled partner links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party destinations; your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content listed here infringes your rights, note that TrendVid does not host any video. The fastest and most effective step is a report to YouTube, which removes the video from the source data. You may also email us at ahmadgam249@gmail.com and we will remove a listing from our feeds where appropriate.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Rankings and view counts are approximate, depend on YouTube’s data and may change at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendVid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance.
